BENEFICIARIES - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- Small & Very Small Businesses (<50 employees in 2019)
- They operate legally in the Municipality of Piraeus, Attica.
- Starting before 1/1/2019.
- Eligible main KAD or KAD with the highest revenue
- They operate continuously from 31/1/2020 until the day of submission.
- The sum of the expenses of 2019 to be greater than or equal to 3,000 €
- To operate exclusively in one of the following forms: Societe Anonyme / Limited Liability Company / Limited Liability Company / Limited Liability Company / PC / Individual Enterprise / NEPA / Social Cooperative Enterprise of Law 4430/2016 as in force / Cooperative / Law Firm of article 49 et seq. of Law 4194/2013 / Civil Society of Bailiffs / Notarial Societies of PD 284/1993 / Civil Law Society / Shipping Companies / Civil Non-Profit Companies (AMKE) / Associations and Institutions, if cumulative conditions apply / Co-ownership.
- There should be no grounds for exclusion of §1 of the article. 40 of Law 4488/2017 (AD137)
- No order for the recovery of previous state aid is pending against them.
- To meet all the conditions of Reg. EU1407 / 2013
THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT:
. Financial institutions, foreign companies, Legal Entities under Public Law, Public enterprises, Public bodies or public bodies and / or their subsidiaries, as well as enterprises assimilated to them.
